Most of this work was done directly as owners, and in that capacity we were primarily charged with protecting our own interests. However, we also gained a reputation through this process for conducting fair and open negotiations and have a long and storied history of tenant satisfaction and retention to support that claim.  More importantly, our extensive experience as owners puts us in a unique position to negotiate a lease on your behalf.
